The current version of SalesPresenter that is available in the Apple App Store (version 1.9.6) is compatible with iOS 16 and iPadOS 16.
However, we always recommend that users should be wary of installing a new version of the operating system the instant it is released. History shows that the initial releases have issues that affect the smooth running of a device. For example, when iOS 16 was first released it caused the on-screen keyboard to be laggy or unresponsive on certain devices. Apple addressed this with a further update to iOS 16 a few months later.
We strongly recommend that users ensure they have uploaded (to their cloud account) any orders raised in SalesPresenter prior to upgrading their device.
