hi despite following the videos and tips the vat on our sales acknowledgements is still showing incorrectly.
For example, on an order total of £129.90 the vat is showing as an amount of £225.94 rather than 20% of £129.90
Could you please advise as we are getting complaints from customers, who think that they are being overcharged.

In the Configuration->Order Entry section of your cloud account you can set a Sales Tax Calculation Adjustment which is a figure to be added to the calculation before any rounding rules are applied. Your adjustment is set to 20 which therefore adds 20.00 to every sales tax calculation. You should set it back to 0.
