Is it possible to format the invoice generated on the sales presenter either through the app or through cloud? I would like to change the name of the company header for the invoice?

There are various options to change the "Classic" order acknowledgement templates via the Configuration > Order Acknowledgement section of your cloud account.
Greater customisation of other order acknowledgement layouts can be performed in the Styling > Manage Order Acknowledgements section of your cloud account, this can be tricky though so we'd advise using the option above first to see if you can achieve the changes you're hoping for there.
