i am not able to process file

Hi, I  am not able to process file. I have uploaded the product file but once I go to process section to process it, it doesn't let me click on the process icon. Thanks

The option to Process Files is only available if there has been one or more files uploaded to the cloud account that differs from the previous version of the same file, or if the field mappings have changed for a file type. If a Products CSV file has been uploaded and then processed, and then the same Products CSV file is subsequently uploaded to the cloud again, it is recognised that it is identical and therefore would not be considered as needing to be processed.

You can see which files have been uploaded and their current "Processed" state via the File Management > Manage Data Files section of your cloud account.
