New Setup Issues Linking images to Products & Catalogues

Hi
Have downloaded all the catalogues and images as per setup instructions, however on the ipad no images come up (only company Logo).
Have checked the product codes and the jpg codes and they are the same.

Also out of the 30 or so catalogues uploaded, only one appears, why?

Very frustrated sad

Regards

Bruce

From looking at your Cloud Account you have uploaded images but you are yet to upload any Data Files. Please refer to the SalesPresenterGettingStartedWithYourData.pdf guide found in the Download Section on the Cloud.

Re: New Setup Issues Linking images to Products & Catalogues

Hi

I have redone the data upload and reset the ipad to a full download of the data. The information appears to be downloaded including the categories. I see all the customers, products and the prices are on the ipad. Two things are not working.
1 - Categories are not listed, only the Latest Products
2 - Images are not coming through.

Regards

Bruce

Re: New Setup Issues Linking images to Products & Catalogues

Categories are not coming through due to the Catalogue Code not matching in Catalogue Product Matrix file and the Catalogue file.

In regards to the images, you have entered the file type in the photo reference field in he products file. This is not necessary. for example for the product "01014367" in the photo reference you have entered "01014367.PNG". You would only need to enter "01014367" to get this working.

Also if the Product code matches the name of the image file then this will map across automatically if the photo reference field is not populated.

Please refer to the "SalesPresenterImportFileFormats.pdf" found in the Downloads section on the Cloud. This will explain what each field is expecting.
