You are not logged in.
I believe with the basic free edition I should be able to have 5 ipads with the app
so how do I download the app onto the new ipad without having to pay a fee

Apple allows multiple devices to be attached to a single Apple ID (iTunes Account). All devices attached to an Apple ID that has previously purchased an App such as SalesPresenter through the AppStore would also be able to download those Apps without charge. Please note that we have no control of this aspect since it is all handled by Apple and their AppStore, so may be subject to change.
