We have uploaded Customers, Products, FamilyCodes, PriceLists, ProductFamilyCodes, PriceListProduct, CatalogueProducts, Currencies, Locations, Reps
But on the iPad after downloading, the Family button on the upper left is not visible anymore ?
Can you please check why ?

If you're using both the products.csv file and the productfamilycodes.csv file then you need to keep both these files in sync with each other.
The full download that you need to perform now that the comprehensive pricing module has been activated will sort this out.
