Discontinuing cloud support for older devices

We have now discontinued cloud support for devices running versions of SalesPresenter older than 1.6.1 (released in November 2016).

To continue downloading new data from your cloud account you will need to update your device to the latest available version of SalesPresenter in the App Store.

If your device is running a version of iOS older than 8.4 (released in June 2015) you will need to update your device to the latest available version of iOS prior to updating your version of SalesPresenter.

If you are unable to update your device to at least iOS 8.4 then you will no longer be able to use that device to download new data from your cloud account.

This means that the oldest device that can continue running SalesPresenter is an iPad 2 (which can run iOS 9.3.5 and SalesPresenter 1.8.0).

Important We always recommend that you upload all lives orders in SalesPresenter to your cloud account prior to updating either the version of iOS or SalesPresenter on your device.
