We have a short video that we have uploaded to the cloud, that we would like to be able to show customers.
How do I get this option on Sales Presenter?

Video files can only be viewed if they are linked with a Product in SalesPresenter. You can do this in a similar way you would link images. Either by having the video file name the same as the product code or entering the file name into the Movie Reference Field in the Products CSV file and mapping this field in File Management > File Mappings.
