I am looking at changing the main login email address associated with our account.
What is the best process and will this need updating as part of the download manager on the sales presenter ipad?

You can do this in your Cloud Account under Account Settings. You will see a Change button next to your current Email Address.
You will not have to change anything in SalesPresenter.

Even though we are connected to wifi I am getting an error of 'unable to syncronize, please ensure you have internet connection' on using the download manager on a registered device.

This message only happens when the iPad is having trouble connecting to the Cloud. In this case, I can see that you have managed to Sync yesterday after this post.
