Support for the Blue Alligator applications

I am logged into Sales Presenter both on my IPAD and on my laptop.
I am trying to upload orders to the cloud but am getting a message Unknown User name or pass code. Please check that your settings match the details in your blue Alligator cloud account. But I did not change anything. I just uploaded orders yesterday. H E L P

If the message "Unknown User Name or Pass Code" is being shown, it means that the details entered into the User Name and/or Pass Code fields on the Download Manager > Settings screen in SalesPresenter do not match the details in the Device Pairing Details section of your cloud account.
