Hi, the catalogues in Toyland are showing in the mapping details but are not downloading on ipad. what am i missing?

The issue here is in your TOYLAND CATALOGUE PRODUCT.csv file. You have put the product codes under the CatalogueCode heading and the catalogue codes under the ProductCode heading.
If you swap the records to the correct headings then this should start working for you.
