Can you please let me know how I can delete a company from my ipad, also how can a delete a cloud account?

You can delete a company in SalesPresenter by using the Delete Settings option in the Download Manager > Settings screen.
As for deleting a cloud account, we can do this for you on request. Please use the "E-mail" option in the administrator box to the left of this post to send us the details of the cloud account you wish to be deleted.

We received your email with the details of your cloud accounts.
One of the email addresses you mentioned is the main email address on your cloud account, and the other is a sub-user of the same cloud account. This explains why when you change anything via one login, you are see the same changes have taken effect in your other login. You can delete the sub-user via the Users section of your cloud account. Please note that only the main email address currently has access to the Users option.
