I am having trouble showing sales tax on an order. I have created files and file mapping's but still won't show on order. The sales tax table comes up.

You will need to ensure you have mapped the Sales Tax Group field in the Customer Accounts file and the Sales Tax Group in the Products file under Manage Data Files > File Mappings on your Cloud Account.
