Hi. I have added a new customer using the + button. which is great but if I have made a mistake I don't seem to be able to edit it. The new account also does not show if you download the customer CSV file. Am I doing something wrong?

You can switch on the ability for users to make customer amendments in SalesPresenter via the Data Changes > Rep Data Permissions section of your cloud account.
Please note that any new customers added, and any customer amendments made in SalesPresenter will not be reflected in your uploaded Customer Accounts CSV file.

I am running SP Pro 1.7.6 but I do not see anymore the + bottom to add a new customer? Why? Where can I find it? Be informed that in "Rep Data Edit Permissions" the option for "Allow creation of new customers" is flagged.

From version 1.7.2, when running iOS12.0 or later, the ability to add a new customer (if enabled) in SalesPresenter can be found when tapping on the "Business Card" in the Customer Enquiry screen.
