I have uploaded our customer file but for some reason only 1 shows up on the ipad app.
We only have 1 rep so I have added his rep code to all customers.

Each record in the Customer Accounts CSV file should contain a unique AccountCode/AddressNo combination. Currently all of your records have both of these fields blank.
