You are not logged in.
We have entered current stock on hand on our products.csv and configured the catalogue to display as either "In Stock" or "On Backorder" when viewing the items, and this is working on the screen display. But when we order an item that has 0 stock on hand, and correctly says "On Backorder" on the iPad, under the Availability column on the Order Summary, the item is showing as In Stock. How do we correct this so that on the Order Summary, it also shows "On Backorder" for those line items with 0 stock on hand?

The following option found in the Configuration > General section of your cloud account should assist with what you're trying to achieve:
Tick this box if you want the On Sales figures for products in Sales Presenter to include the figures from live orders on the iPad.
This gives you a more accurate view of your available stock figures based on orders that you've taken in Sales Presenter but have yet to export to your cloud account.
Please note that your On Sales figures (and subsequently the available figures) for your products will revert back to the figures uploaded in your Products CSV file after you've uploaded all of your orders from your device to the cloud.

Thanks, that's great - all working now. Very happy that it shows the ETA date instead of just saying "on Backorder".
