Hi,
We have an incomplete record in our database. It doesn't have a product code, so I'm unable to delete it how I normally would by removing the individual product line from the Products file and then running an update.
I'm not sure how it's ended up there (I inherited running this system & it's not one I recognise from our collection), but the only identifying data seems to be a partial description, which is as below:
-/Grey/Polished. 10 cm.Pu/ SS
Are you able to access our data on my behalf and delete this single record for me please?

We have taken a look at your product file and noticed multiple products without product codes. If you delete these and then Upload the File, Process Files and then perform a Download from Cloud on your device, these will subsequently be removed from Sales Presenter.

Thanks for your reply, though I'm confused by it. There aren't any records in my Product File without products codes so I'm not sure how to delete them before performing an upload, process files & then download from cloud? My original query was that I can see odd data on the iPad but not the matching info in my current product file.

The description of the blank product you mentioned "/Grey/Polished. 10 cm.Pu/ SS" looks like it should actually be part of the description of product "B262461". This is evident when looking at the Products CSV file that you uploaded to your cloud account. It seems the descriptions for some of your products have been formatted over two lines causing the blank product issue in Sales Presenter. If you look at product "B262461" in your Products CSV file that you uploaded to the cloud, you will see what we mean. We'd suggest opening it in a basic word processing application such as 'Notepad' to display it without any automatic formatting.
The same issue is present in the file multiple times for various products.
Once you have fixed your Products CSV file, you can then upload it to the cloud, Process Files and perform a Download from Cloud on your device as mentioned in our previous post.

Products shown in SalesPresenter must exist in the Products CSV file. Therefore, to remove products you simply need to delete the records from the Products CSV file, upload it and perform a Process Files.
