Support for the Blue Alligator applications
You are not logged in.
When entering an order, i select a catalogue and start swiping through the images. on page 4, client wants to see a close up of an image on that page. The image is tapped and double-tapped to zoom in. When we tap the "Done" button, the app sends us back to page 1. We would like to return to the same part of the catalogue after selection and not start again from page 1. Is there a solution?

The intention is that you return to the same part of the catalogue. It appears that this bug (returning to the start of the catalogue after closing the full-screen sized image) was introduced in the 1.1.1 version.
We'll get this fixed for version 1.1.3 which we intend to submit to Apple later this week (we've already submitted version 1.1.2 to Apple so it's too late to include this fix in that update).

We were able to delay the release of version 1.1.2 so have managed to include this fix in that version, which is now available in the App Store

Can you please let me know how to put an image next to a catalogue title.
Also when I added a new company it deleted one of my other catalgoues, can you let me know what I need to do so this doesn't happen again

1. How do i put a title on a Family code to use as the header title, as in you demo you have family code titels Design, Product Type, Size.
2. How do I put an image next to a catalogue title?

You need to populate the PhotoRef field in the CSV file that you upload to the cloud for your catalogues and map it in the field mappings screen.

Adding a new company will not delete any data you have in SalesPresenter for other companies. You simply use the Companies button again to switch between the companies you have set up when you want to access them.

You can set the titles for the family code and catalogue buttons in the Configuration->General section of your cloud account.
