We have uploaded following files yesterday manually :
Reps
Locations
Catalogues
FamilyCodes
They look allright, both in Windows Notepad, and after sync on the iPad
Today we have uploaded again Locations using an HTTPPost of the xml
The text file is wriiten to disk encoded Windows Ansi Latin 1,
but can you check the contents of the base64 encoding in the xml file ?

Can you please again erase the complete database as soon as possible ?

I'll email copies of the locations.csv files that you uploaded so you can see how they're appearing to us.

Urgent
Now Locations look all right, but the Reps disappeared ! The file is still there, but why is the list of Reps empty on the iPad?
Also uploaded 2933 products, but since there is no Rep we can't continue

This was a knock-on effect of erasing your database.
Only files that were uploaded after the erase were processed. I have now processed your existing files (reps.csv, familycodes.csv and catalogues.csv).
Simply perform a Download from cloud in Sales Presenter to retrieve this new data from the cloud and you should be ok.
