A cloud account is used to manage data and settings for a single company so an account would need to be set up for each company.
More details and screenshots relating to multiple companies can be found in the following topic: http://www.bacapps.co.uk/forum/viewtopic.php?id=159

Can i use the same email address to set up a 2nd cloud account?

This is not possible. Each cloud account must be set up with a unique email address.

Can you let me know how i can see another users catalogue,
I am a sales agent and represent a another company that uses sales presenter and want to be able to see their catalogue, they have given me a user name & pass code. Do I need to enter their username & passcode then go back and enter my own to view my catalogues?
If the other company changed the user name & passcode to match mine would I then be able to see both catalogues without the hassle of switching each time?

On the home page of SalesPresenter you can click the Companies button to which a "+" button will be available. You can then add the given Device Pairing Details of the company within Download Manager > Settings and toggle between the two companies as you require.
More information relating to accessing multiple companies within SalesPresenter can be found in the following topic: http://www.bacapps.co.uk/forum/viewtopic.php?id=159
