You are not logged in.
Keep getting No Sales Reps or Locations setup in database error. Multiple resets and downloads, no luck. Getting frustrated. Read the whole manual . Please help

Looking at your cloud account, we can see your Locations and Sales Reps have been updated since your last post.
Have you resolved your original issue? If not, please let us know so we can investigate further.

I also keep getting No Sales Reps or Locations setup in database error, I've only uploaded a few products so far so I could see how it works but can't get to login on ipad

I've worked it out, didn't read to the bottom of the instructions where is said to process before uploading to ipad

That's correct. You always need to perform a process files after uploading new data files to your cloud account or after altering any field mappings before the changes have any effect.
