Support for the Blue Alligator applications

I have updated with the latest release of the app and running ios10.3.3 . Now I cannot create orders for customers. the plus and minus buttons don't function and when I go into the product detain the option for overriding etc are not there. it is just like the catalogue only screen. Also when I return out of a customer the app crashes.

The behaviour you've described with the plus/minus buttons and the product detail screen in Order Entry are only expected when using SP Controller Mode. Have you been using any bluetooth connection tools (such as AirDrop) recently, as it sounds like your device may have become confused and therefore SalesPresenter is being told it is running SP Controller Mode?
