App on iPhone closes down when i scan a bar code

When i scan a barcode the app closes down on iphone ? all other functions work fine

Does SalesPresenter behave in the same way when you type in the barcode value using the on-screen keyboard rather than scanning the barcode?

I deleted the app on my iPhone and reinstalled it, now it seems to work fine.
