Display Packs no Units on Order

Hi,

We only sell in Packs (not in single units) and mainly in Packs of 6.
When an order is placed, the total value is Unit Cost by Qty (in units)

I don't want to display Units in the order or invoice.
I want to display the Unit cost somewhere on the order, also.

Example. If I sell 3 packs at unit cost of €1.50 that is 18 x 1.50 =  €27.00

On the order I want to display 3 Packs = €27.00
Unit Cost = €1.50

I don't want the number of units listed, just the number of packs and the total value.
Is this possible with the Sales Presenter App?

I've looked at this topic.

(DefOrdQty) needs to be held in pieces (single items).

Therefore, if you have a pack size of 6 you would want to set .
If I set DefOrdQty to 6 and QtyPerPack to 6, will this solve the problem?

Or will units always appear on the orders and invoices?

Regards
Kevin

Re: Display Packs no Units on Order

You can set the QtyPerPack field in the Products CSV file to your desired value for each product.
You can then set the following option in the Configuration > Order Entry section of your cloud account to "Packs":

The default unit to be used when inputting quantities

In the Configuration > Order Acknowledgement section of your cloud account, you can choose which columns to display on your "Classic" templates in SalesPresenter. In here you would want to set the Order Line Quantities field to show rather than the Order Line Piece Quantities field, as well as configuring the Gross (or Nett) Price to show the unit price.
