Hi,
Is it possible to have two or Multiple Rep code per customer?
said for example
rep code 1 : head office
rep code 2 : rep
that way both head office & rep could see the customer list?

The RepCode field in the CustomerAccounts CSV file can contain a list of reps. By default the codes should be separated by a semi-colon, however this delimiter is configurable via the Configuration > General section of your cloud account.
