Is there a possibility to have a language code on
- Products (so every product can have a description for Dutch, French, English, German, ...)
- Customer
This way the production of the customer's language will show up on the Orderline

We are working on providing multi-language support in Sales Presenter. Unfortunately we are currently unable to give a date when this functionality will be available.

Is there any news on the possibility to use different languages?
As of now I have to manage two different clouds, one for my domestic market (products description in Italian) and one for my export market (product description in English). Because of this I have to do all my cloud updates twice.
I have noticed a "LanguageCode" field in the Customer file. How does it works?

Thanks, but what about the "language code" field in the Customers file? Does it change just the labels in the display or in the order aknowlegment?

The LanguageCode field available on the Customer Accounts file type is used to tie existing customers to a certain language. If a customer is assigned to a language, then the descriptions and extended descriptions on products viewed in SalesPresenter (on the thumbnails, in the product detail, and on the order acknowledgements) will be automatically replaced with the relevant product descriptions for the chosen language as specified in the Language/Product Matrix CSV file. The Languages and Language/Product Matrix files are only available to upload to a cloud account with the use of an Account History module which the Sales Team will provide more detail on.
