Using Sales Presenter Professional Edition
When uploading following files we get an error that these files are not correct.
They do not show up in the Mappings view either

The Blue Alligator cloud caters for different levels of integration with back-office systems. Options are available for more comprehensive interfacing requirements. On page two of the Sales Presenter Import File Formats document is a list of the types of data that can be uploaded for each of the options.
We also have a Windows based tool available for users that wish to automate the regular refreshing of data and images in their cloud account or the retrieval of orders from their cloud account for importing into their system.
I'll get our sales team to drop you an email outling the various options.
