Suddenly, the + - button for order quantities does't work. I push/tap the button but nothing happened.
Please advise ASAP!

We can't see any reason that this shouldn't be working for you with your current data and configurations. Can you perform another Download from Cloud on your device, as some of the devices on your account have not done so since the last time the Products CSV file was processed?
If this does not fix your issue, please provide more detail on what is happening.
Are the plus/minus buttons unavailable (appearing pale or "greyed out")?
Is this happening for all products?
Is this affecting multiple devices? We see you have the application on both iPads and iPhones. Is the issue only occurring on one type of device?

It's working now. I guess when I changed the default unit in Configuration > Order Entry to "PACK" instead of "PIECES" or "CARTON", the + - button becomes unavailable but still have colors, just it doesn't do anything.
I have another question:
How can I make the Pack Size working? The pack size sets "12/0". When inputting quantities, Qty & Value are calculating but the Pack Size doesn't change the number at all. For example, if I input quantities 1 or 2, the pack size should change 12/12 or 12/24. I don't know where I should change it.

If the QtyPerCarton, QtyPerPack or QtyPerInner values for your products in your Products CSV file are 0 (zero) or blank, then selecting the corresponding ordering unit in SalesPresenter will result in the plus/minus buttons having no effect. This is because SalesPresenter always works from the lowest ordering unit (pieces) to calculate stock levels etc.
Regarding the pack size, this is set by default as Carton/Inner. If you wish to override this you can do so via the Configuration > General section of your cloud account. This will be static for each product though as it has no relation to what is on the current order. I suspect that you want to see the number of pieces that have been ordered regardless of the unit you have ordered in (cartons, packs etc). This is already shown in the product detail screen when ordering the product, however this can also be shown on the order acknowledgements by setting the "order line piece quantities" column to print via the Configuration > Order Acknowledgement section of your cloud account.

1. My products don't have the + or - button, can't order them. Have a missed a filed in the products csv?
2. Do I have to put in stock qty, I would rather just have all products available without have to add stock quantities.
