Hi,
We uploaded images & CSV documents according to your instructions to Cloud, however some images don't appear even the images are in there. We checked our CSV documents but can't find any problems.
Question1: Some product pictures are not showing up. Why?
Question2: Could you tell us how to break down/make a sub catalogue menu under the main catalogue menu? For example, click "Hair Accessiries" in main catalogue, then bring to sub categories/menu "Clips", "Headbands", "Bandana" etc, click one of them, then product's pictures show up.
Question3: How to make to sell 1 dozen (12 units) at one time? Our products are sold by 1 dozen not 1 unit so that one total will be $0.65(pre unit) x 12.

Question1: Some product pictures are not showing up. Why?
Some of your products and their related images aren't matching up due to one of a couple of reasons.
Firstly, you have an image on your cloud account named '00021.jpg'. There isn't a product in your Products CSV file with that ProductCode, however there is one there with a ProductCode of '21'. I would imagine that this product should be '00021', however the leading zeros have been stripped out. Spreadsheet applications such as Excel can often remove leading zeros from fields, so I would imagine this is the case for this product and some of your other products.
Product 78446 doesn't have a related image as there is no image called '78446.jpg'. There are 2 images however called '78446B.jpg' and '78446C.jpg'. If you want these images to match up to the product, the main image should be named '78446.jpg' and the second should be named '78446_1.jpg' in order to be used as an additional image. The separator for additional images can be changed via the Configuration > General section of your cloud account. There are multiple other products with the same issue.

You can have up to five levels of categories which we refer to as Family Codes. Information on how to set these up can be found in the following topic - http://www.bacapps.co.uk/forum/viewtopic.php?id=94
SalesPresenter also has the ability to work with Filter Trees. Let us know if you require any further information on the Filter Trees and we'll pass you details onto the Sales Team in order for them to contact you.
Information on various files and their abilities can be found in the SalesPresenter Import File Formats document (found in the Downloads section of the bacapps website).

If a product is generally sold in cartons of 12, you should specify '12' in the QtyPerCarton field against that product in the Products CSV file. You can then set the default entry unit to be used when inputting quantities on an order via the Configuration > Order Entry section of your cloud account. By default this is set to 'Pieces', however you would want this set to 'Cartons'. Another option in the Configuration > Order Entry section of your cloud account determines whether users should have the ability to change the entry unit when inputting quantities.
