I'm not sure how I did it but I managed to get mt customers in alphabetical order of company name which was great. How can I undo it and then redo it as necessary? I've trawled through the cloud menus but can't find the bit which has the drop-down menu for it.

To clarify for other forum users, the option mentioned above can be found in the Configuration > General section of the cloud.
The configuration is titled "Sequence in which to show the customer enquiry search results".
