we have an image/product which shows on Ipad even though no longer exists on any file. the mistake was using a lowercase letter when originally putting the product on, can this be removed by yourselves? as we can't seem to do it.

If the product was initially uploaded with a lowercase "i" in the ProductCode and later changed to be an uppercase "I", the record may have existed twice in SalesPresenter. When the record was then removed from your Products CSV file, only one of the records would have been removed from SalesPresenter.
In order to rectify the data in SalesPresenter in this instance, you would need to perform a Reset Database via the Download Manager > Settings screen in the application on any devices affected.
