Support for the Blue Alligator applications
You are not logged in.
We have someone who is connected with our Company that we want to give access to Sales Presenter too.
However, we want to limit the information that this person can see on the products, for example our cost price. Is there a way to restrict this option or would we need to have a seperate cloud account for this one iPad?

It is possible to restrict reps from seeing certain information by utilising the various "prohibit" fields that you can upload as part of your Reps CSV file, for example ProhibitCostPrice to stop a rep from seeing the cost price. For more information on these fields, please refer to the SalesPresenterImportFileFormats document available in the Downloads section of our website - https://www.bacapps.co.uk/downloads.php
You may want to consider setting passwords against your reps in the Reps CSV file, or setting Rep Restrictions on the devices attached to your cloud account via the Registered Devices to ensure that the user is not able to log in to SalesPresenter as a different rep in order to see the prohibited information.
Please note that any fields you do add to your existing CSV files will then subsequently need to be mapped in the File Management > File Mappings > Field Mappings section for the corresponding file type.
