Support for the Blue Alligator applications

I have just changed all the data in the standard files and uploaded them all ok, then checked all the codes with the photos and all match the I then uploaded tall files which took sometime a may add, then downloaded all the files to my ipad , well the data is all ok but the photos are not in the correct sequence at all I have checked and rechecked and I can not find anything wrong? what am I missing

The sequence in which your products are displayed (when a catalogue is not selected in SalesPresenter) can be configured in the Configuration > General section of your cloud account. You currently have this set to the PhotoRef field, which in your uploaded Products CSV file is blank for each of your products.
However when browsing via a catalogue, the sequence of products is determined by the DisplaySequence specified in the uploaded Catalogue/Product Matrix CSV file for the selected catalogue. If no DisplaySequence is specified, SalesPresenter will use the configuration mentioned above to sequence the products.
