RRP - specific to a customer

Can you please let me know whether it is possible to change the RRP for a specific customer. This customer has been set up with their own price list?

It isn't possible to change the RRP for a product based on the customer.

However, since you use price lists, we may be able to offer a workaround. A member of the support team will be in contact with you shortly to discuss this further.
