I had my ipad setup with 1 reps data. I wanted to replace the data with another reps data so I selected "Force a full download". I changed the rep restriction. Then i downloaded from the cloud. The customers havent changed on the ipad, but i have two reps that i can log on with which are the previous rep and the new rep i chose. What did i do wrong?

I have reset the database and downloaded again. This has wiped all products and customers off, but i can logon with the new rep i selected. What have i done wrong now?

Whenever you add, change or remove the rep restriction for an iPad you are effectively removing the existing Sales Presenter data (including any orders) on that iPad and starting again. For the restriction change to take effect you should use the Reset Database option within Sales Presenter and then perform a download from the cloud.

Just did this and there are still no customers.

We've found an issue caused by the addition of a new field to the customer file in preparation for a future update. This has now been corrected. If you force a download again your customer data should be downloaded ok.

Thanks. That has worked now.
Can i have multiple rep data on one device?

The rep restriction setup has now been enhanced to allow you to select more than one sales rep. The customer data for all selected reps can then be downloaded onto an iPad.

Rep passwords are setup in the Reps CSV file.
To view your previously uploaded Reps CSV file, you can download it via the File Management > Manage Data Files section of your cloud account.
