Hello,
I have a question about automating tagging of new customers.
In our ERP we have a classification code system whereby we tag new customers based on how they found us.
So generally we would like the code to be, by default, REP so we know the customer found us through our reps, however for our trade show we would like to code to be specific to that situation (eg. SHOW). The Classifications field in our ERP is populated by multiple codes separated by commas.
Is this currently possible?
Many thanks,
David
