Hi, is there a way to change the layout of the order acknowledgement PDF that is sent to customers?
We would like to have the quantity column in between the item and description column.

While it's possible to turn on/off the output of individual columns it isn't possible to alter the sequence in which they're output.
Allowing the user to design their own template for the order acknowledgement is on our development wishlist with no ETA currently assigned yet.

The ability to design your own order acknowledgement layout is imminent for our CloudCart product and will follow shortly after for Sales Presenter.

i have a problem with the layout of the order summary, when i print it out the description come over the items code.
they mix together and they become un readable.

If you find that some of the details on the order acknowledgements in SalesPresenter are overlapping, you can increase the widths of the columns via the Configuration > Order Acknowledgement section of your cloud account.
In this instance you would want to increase the width of the Product Code column in order to ensure the Description is not overlapping. Please ensure you hit 'Update' at the bottom of the screen to ensure you save any configuration changes, and then perform a Download from Cloud on your device in order to see the changes reflected in SalesPresenter.
