In the Process File Section the 'Process File' button is no longer working.
I have uploaded my files but can't process them.

The Process Files option processes any changes to data files (such as the Products CSV file) on your cloud account. If there are no data changes to process on your cloud account then the Process Files button will be disabled.
If you've uploaded a file to your cloud account and the Process Files option is not available, that would indicate that the file is identical to the previous file of that type that was uploaded and processed on your account.
