Family Code Lookups A has 792 B 925. I closed all apps running on B to avoid memory issue and restart device, no luck. I forced full download no luck. Is there any problem related to iPad 2 and iOS 9.2.1?? Is there any idea how can i fix it??

Looking at your cloud account, you have mapped family code fields against the Products and ProductFamilyCodes files which will cause conflicts depending when the device last performed a Force a Full Download.
If you are no longer using the ProductFamilyCodes file (as you are now using family codes in your Products CSV file) then we can remove the live records from your cloud account as a one-off exercise, are you wanting us to remove these for you? After we have removed these, you will need to perform a Force a Full Download in order to pick up the correct family code fields.

Nothing has changed with your family code data in the cloud since our last post.
All the "product family code" data would need to be removed from your cloud account before the iPad can be rectified (there are currently just under 5,000 of these records in the cloud - you can check the current statistics on the File Mappings screen).

Yes, we're looking at the correct cloud account since your other account hasn't had any activity since 17th February (so we dismissed that one).

Looking at your second screenshot, we can see that there are still just under 5,000 records for the Product Family Codes file type. We can remove these records from your cloud account as a one-off exercise. Are you wanting us to do this for you?

The records have now been removed.
You will need to perform a Force a Full Download followed by a Download from Cloud on each of your devices to ensure the correct data is transferred to each of them.

Hi
Having issues with not all products showing in family codes. EG our stationery/markers shows only the last 3 products, not gt102 ets, same in toys growing and other categories as well. I have deleted the family codes file I originally used and did a full download on ipad but to no avail.

Looking at your Products CSV file, your 'LongDesc' field contains line breaks on some of your product records. The example you mentioned (GT102) has a line break within the 'LongDesc' field between the characters 2 and S.
Line breaks in a record will result in the data following the break to be omitted as it is recognised as new product record, which is why the family codes for those products are not being read. You will need to remove all line breaks or carriage returns within a field in order to rectify this.

thank you will do, funny we export this in and out of our current ordering app with no issues.
