Support for the Blue Alligator applications

It seems like since this week end the date format in downloading orders is changed.
According to BlueAlligatorCloudWebServiceReference the format should be as specified in the configuration section of my cloud account but:
1) I never changed it
2) I do not even know were I may change it
Untill friday it use to be YYYY/MM/DD now is DD/MM/YYYY hh:mm
Did something change?
It this a permanent change?
How may I configure the download date format?

There was an inadvertent issue regarding date format changes that occurred during our scheduled cloud maintenance over the weekend. This affected any orders being exported to a back-office system, since yesterday, via our CloudSync and X~Suite products and by anyone using our web service API to retrieve orders from the cloud. We have addressed the issue and the correct date format is now being used on all orders going forward. Our support team are currently patching any orders that have the incorrect date format to ensure that those orders affected can be imported into the back-office.
