Photos and details not the correct place

I have added four new photos to my catalogue and put all details and prices in the correct position within the data files up load them and then processed the file that I up loaded, then forced the down load to the iPad then down loaded from cloud, when this had been done on checking the catalogue on the iPad ,only to find the four new lines had been put at the end of the catalogue why?

Re: Photos and details not the correct place

Your Catalogues CSV file needs to contain one catalogue code per line, and your Catalogue/Product Matrix CSV file needs to contain one catalogue code / product code combination per line. Currently both of your files contain identical information.

Please see the following topic for more information on how to set up your catalogues correctly - http://www.bacapps.co.uk/forum/viewtopic.php?id=93

Re: Photos and details not the correct place

It seems that both your Catalogues and Catalogue/Product Matrix CSV files contain one entry per product. In order to set up catalogues correctly, we suggest you follow the instructions in the following topic - http://www.bacapps.co.uk/forum/viewtopic.php?id=93

We also have some sample Catalogues and Catalogue/Product Matrix files available in the Downloads section of the website which may help you see how the files should be set up. These can be found in the downloadable Demonstration Data CSV Files folder.

Re: Photos and details not the correct place

I down loaded the demo files and replaced these with mine saved then processed them then uploaded  to cloud down loaded  to ipad, the catalogue has not changed the product range is not in the correct place plus there are three /four that were in the correct place are now at the end of the catalogue along with the new lines that should be in the middle of the catalogue.

Re: Photos and details not the correct place

I think you would benefit from some training on the cloud and the maintaining of your files. Would you like me to pass your details onto our sales team?

Re: Photos and details not the correct place

I have just up dated my catalogue putting three new lines in, I have checked and double checked files and codes, the old lines are in the correct place and order, the three new lines that I have put in in the correct order of files come out after processing at the end of the catalogue,? all the code numbers and display sequence are correct.

Re: Photos and details not the correct place

CatalogueProductMatrix.csv which you have uploaded to your cloud account contain CatalogueCodes in first two columns, which is wrong.
Catalogue/Product Matrix file should be combination of CatalogueCodes and ProductCodes.
