order created on ipad, user wishes to amend or review items ordered, selects an order which is marked as on hold then selects amend order. Filter on order entry screen is now set to "Ordered". Wish to use family code filters to review the items on the order.
If I select a field from one of five family codes we use, and the result is null then, no items appear (this is correct), however if I select the same field from the same family code (i.e I repeat the same action), thus returning a null result again, system crashes and closes!

Update:
during order entry if I have entered text onto the search entry field to return a result and then continue to filter the results using the family codes as further filters, if I return a "null" result the system is OK the first time I do this, but if I filter using the same family code field (in error) I should still get a null result but the order system shuts down. Might be same issue that I have already reported but this time with filter is controlled by the string entered in the search box

Thank you for bringing this to our attention, we have passed this onto the programmers to investigate.

When selecting an option from a menu such as one of the Family Code buttons that was already selected, there can be a small delay for some devices before it is dismissed by iOS. If the user taps the same option again during this delay, the application currently closes.
The programmers have rectified the issue for the next version of SalesPresenter.
