Rep details not printing on the Order Acknowledgement

Hi all,

I am having trouble getting reps details to appear on the Order Acknowledgement, the reps appear on the app so I am assuming they have uploaded and processed correctly to the cloud,  I can log in as any of them but their reps code will not appear in the order number (set as R/N6 but only prints the 6 digit number) or in the section for their name (only shows () after the heading)

Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.

The format of the order number field to be displayed on the order acknowledgement can be changed in Order Acknowledgement Configuration section of your cloud account.
 
This can include the order number (padded with leading zeros), the database number (unique to each iPad) and the rep code.

Any R character in the format will be replaced with the rep code.

Any D character in the format will be replaced with the unique five digit database number for the iPad.

Any N character in the format will be replaced with the order number. You can include a number (1 to 9) after the N character to pad the value with a number of leading zeros. For example, specifying a format of N5 will format order number 123 as 00123.

For example, specifying a format of R/D/N4 for an order which has a rep code of DW, a database number of 10200 and an order number of 45 would display DW/10200/0045 on the order acknowledgement.

Thanks for your post admin, however that was the first thing I did and it didn't work, as I mentioned above I set as R/N6 but it only prints the 6 digit number not the rep code, can you think of anything that may cause this?

iPhone version of the Sales Presenter not recording Rep and Location if there is no Login Password set. This will be fixed in new version of Sales Presenter, but in the meantime you can get round this issue by setting up default password in field mappings of your Rep file.
