have new ipad.
sales presenter on and full download complete. however, uses new database no. (5 digits preceding order ref) and therefore has no customer order history.
is there anyway to retain my previous database no. and keep order history on new ipad?

Orders taken on iPads cannot be transferred automatically to other devices. However, our Account History module allows you to upload historical order information to the cloud. If you would like more information on this then I can pass your details onto the sales team.
