Hello - our rep MD which is a new user is having great problems updating his Ipad. After the initial update he was processing an order but the quantity breaks were not working. As the 3 additional modules were added after the initial update was done I thought this had an impact on the price breaks. I then asked the rep to reset his database and do a new downloads.
The problem then is that it's taking up to 12 hours to run and at the end it hangs and then proceeds to update again but never completing. The rep is using the presenter for another company without issue so how can we get round this problem.
