Is there an option in the future to add a barcode scanner to the ipad so that we wouldnt have to use out handsets at a trade show or exhibition?

RE BARCODING - there is an option to include barcodes in the products field - does the program generate these as a standard 128 barcode or do they have to be generated in a csv file and uploaded? ... and will a scanner read the barcodes off the ipad screen at a Tradefair?

No barcodes are generated within Sales Presenter.
We allow a barcode value to be mapped for a product since this information is often useful to customers when printed on an order acknowledgement (your customer may need to know the barcode value when setting up a product in their own system before they receive your goods).
With regard to reading barcodes directly off a screen, 2D barcode scanners can usually read barcodes from LCD screens.
