Hi, I have used SP with three iPads and my iPhone. Recently, SP on my iphone was not allowing me to view the prducts but crashing every time I tried.
I attempted a forced full download but no improvement was noticed. i have deleted the app and tried to download it from scratch.
However, from the app store, I am being requested to pay for the app.
Can you guide me how to re-install the app as it has been a couple of years since I did this?
Does the fact that I have downloaded the latest iOS 9.0.2 on the iPhone affect the data, as the problem seems to have occurred soon after?
I have approx 3 GB free memory on the phone left...

We have identified an issue with iOS 9 when running on the iPhone version. This has been fixed in the next release of Sales Presenter that we're currently preparing.
To answer your second question, you will need to use the same iTunes account you previously purchased Sales Presenter on in order to re-download the app. If you are using a different iTunes account then you will need to purchase the app again.

I have managed to donwload the app back on the iPhone.
However, when logging in, I am receiving this message:
"There are no Sales Reps or Locations set up in your database."
It then advises to download from the Cloud option to download the data from my account.
I have re-uploaded the rep file and the location file but still cannot log in the iphone.
any clues?

This is more than likely due to the new phone being set up as a restore from the old device rather than as a fresh device.
In this instance you will need to perform a Reset Database in Sales Presenter (found in Download Manager -> Settings screen) followed by a Download from Cloud to ensure that all of the information is re-downloaded to the device correctly. You should then be ok going forward.

Hi , further to the above, has there been any development as I still cannot access the catalogues on my iPhone?
We have done the previous steps as advised....

The version of Sales Presenter which fixes the issue you raised in the first post has not yet been submitted to Apple.
If you subscribe to the version history topic at http://www.bacapps.co.uk/forum/viewtopic.php?id=26 then you'll receive an email notification as soon as the new version becomes available.
