Hi,
I'm a new user trying to setup the files for the first time.
I've uploaded most of the csv files to my cloud account, and have mapped the file names (and checked that they are correct).
When going to the process files page the process files button is greyed out and inactive.
I've double checked the files and file mappings and can't see anything there that would prevent the button from activating.
Any guidance on what might cause the button to be inactive?

have also checked prior posts and saw that someone had a similar issue that was fixed by updating the field mappings, but I've used the templates from your downloads and seen that the guide mentions that if we use your templates then the field mappings can be skipped

Unfortunately there's a slight error in the documentation. If following the Sales Presenter Getting Started With You Data guide, the step for Field Mapping IS required.
If following the Sales Presenter Simple Setup guide, however, this step is performed for you.

ok. so despite using your templates where the field names ARE the same as the fields in the field mappings, we still need to tell the system that your field names are the same as your field mappings.
makes sense.
have tried it with one of the small files and works (process files is now active), now moving on to map all the other fields on all the other files for the next couple of hours.
