in the application container vollume shows the correct data but in the order summary there is stil a 0 everywhere in that column
Offline
The Packsize field is an Integer datatype, but the data contained in your Products CSV file is a decimal datatype.
The 'Container Volume' field however is also currently mapped to Carton Volume in your File Mappings which is a decimal datatype. Within Configuration > Order Acknowledgement you can format the columns shown on the Order Acknowledgement, in which you can configure to show the Carton Volume field instead of the Packsize.

I do not understand what i have to change
in order acknowlegdement I have container vollume instead of packsize?

Within Configuration > Order Acknowledgement you currently have the following option ticked:
Print a column for the pack size
The Pack Size field is an Integer datatype whereas your 'Container Volume' column within your Products CSV File contains decimals, this is therefore showing incorrectly so the above option will need to be unticked. You have also mapped 'Container Volume' to the Carton Volume field which is a decimal datatype and will therefore show the full contents of the 'Container Volume'.
This can also be output to your Order Acknowledgement by ticking the following option:
Print a column for the carton volume

this was working! only the QTy per container does not show now! That is the last piece we need to fix i think!
Offline
In order for this to show, you need to map your 'QuantityPerContainer' column to the QtyPerCarton field in the Products Field Mappings screen.

Unfortunately this is not currently possible in Sales Presenter.
